Well organized and friendly staff. Challenges were difficult but paced well. Grace was our staff member and she explained everything well and provided help when asked.

This was my first time doing an escape room and it was so much fun. Our game master Kiera was amazing! We will be returning! EDIT TO ADD - went back again with my spawn and spawn-in-law and did the Bomb Squad. Hayden was our game master and he was great!

Dorothy (aka Dory) was amazing! She was great with the whole group and when we needed help she was able to tell us just enough but not too much to ruin the game. We had a great time and can't wait to go back.

She explained everything clearly and kept the energy high from start to finish. You can tell she really enjoys what she does, and it made a big difference for us.
