Epic is epic! Kim, Anders and Ashley were fantastic! They asked all the right questions to determine what I should rent for my event. The delivery, installation and removal were all very smooth processes. The chairs, tables and tents were in great condition. The best part was the pricing. I had quotes from four local rental places and Epic was less expensive by over $1,000 - for the exact same thing (actually, one place didn't even include the canopy lights in their much higher bid.) I love supporting another Eden Prairie business, and the service, pricing and high-quality equipment made it a pleasure!
Kim and everyone at Epic were awesome! We hired them for a company event on somewhat short notice (less than one week). And they were able to accommodate exactly what we needed. Kim added her experience and insight for my exact needs…even as they changed throughout the planning. The staff was communicative, professional, flexible, and helpful.
