I arranged a private wellbeing day to celebrate a friends 40th birthday and we all had a wonderful time! The location is so peaceful, it feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. The facilities are very premium and super clean. The hot tub was definitely my favourite but I did also enjoy a dip in the plunge pool. Lunch was also delicious with lots of nibbles followed by pesto pasta and a delicious, fresh salad. Paula is a fantastic host. I felt so relaxed after a day of Meditation, Guided Relaxation, Yin Yoga and sound bath. The sound bath is definitely my favourite. Paula has the most relaxing voice, you could easily drift off to sleep. After the day, I felt like a weight had been lifted. I'd recommend to anybody and everybody!
What an incredible introduction to yoga and meditation. Paula is very welcoming and professional, she is led us through a variety of meditation and yoga techniques with a beautiful lunch, walk and hot tub to complete the day. I had a really relaxing Indian head massage and sound bath - a really lovely relaxing and de-stressing experience. The venue is easy to get to (short distance from the A38) and good directions were provided on booking. The therapy room is really lovely and the surrounding countryside views really add to the relaxing experience. Paula was very professional and I left feeling as if I were floating on air! I would really recommend her.
Such an amazing experience! Really enjoyed the Yoga to start the day off. Treated to a delicious 3 course lunch, and a glass of fizz! Followed by a lovely 2hour walk through the countryside. To finish the day, 3 different types of meditation, which I was not expecting. I would highly recommend this, whether it be with a group of friends, or a team building exercise. Thank you Paula for a fantastic day, I will definitely be back!!
