Brent Lohmer Personal Training is top tier. Brent is incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely cares about his clients’ progress. He takes the time to understand your goals and builds a plan that’s realistic, effective, and sustainable. Every session is purposeful, challenging, and tailored to you—not cookie-cutter workouts. What really sets Brent apart is his coaching style: supportive but results-driven. You feel pushed without feeling overwhelmed, and you actually look forward to training. I registered to one of the programs Brent was advertising on Facebook. He said they were looking for volunteers to launch a new program. It was mentioned that the program was completely free…When I met with Brent, last Thursday however, he said that the cost will be around 1 800$/6 weeks. Of course he announced me this after telling him all my story and really personal information because I thought we where starting to work together. Although I found him really nice to talk to, I would recommend to stay away from false advertisement shared on social medias ( he will even write to you to ask you to chose from two different gift cards as a welcome gift…not to mention that you ll never get it :) To me, this experience was a loss of time.
I highly, highly recommend! I was initially very hesitant to join Brent Lohmer’s coaching, but I quickly realized that my worries were completely unnecessary. I have a herniated disc that limits my mobility and the types of exercises I can safely do, yet Brent was incredibly attentive. He and his colleague John always made sure to provide exercises perfectly adapted to my condition. We’re a small group, but they constantly pay attention to what we’re doing and never hesitate to correct our technique, and I truly appreciate that. On a personal level, Brent and John are genuinely kind, positive, and supportive, and they bring amazing energy to the whole team. The flexible schedules are also a huge advantage for people like me who have a changing schedule.
Brent changed my life! In just a few short weeks, I became more comfortable in the gym than ever before. I’ve lost 18 pounds and dropped two pant sizes! Despite a busy schedule, I was able to stick with the program and hit three workouts a week. I have so much more energy for my little kids now, and I’m excited to keep working with Brent for the “Year of Change” program. Thank you forever Brent !!!
I’ve got nothing but great things to say about Brent and his incredible knowledge of health and fitness! He has an amazing way of simplifying nutrition so you can actually build healthy habits that last. No calorie counting, just simple clean nutrition. Follow the plan and you will see results. The workouts are always challenging in the best way possible, and both Brent and Jon (aka Ryan as I have been calling him for the last two months) are pros at giving modifications if you’ve got injuries or just want to push yourself harder. Jon’s energy and motivation somehow make you want to keep going, even when your muscles are screaming to stop. Now… about the music playlist, let’s just say musical taste can be subjective. Shania Twain might not be everyone’s go-to workout artist, but I’ll admit, when “Any Man of Mine” comes on, there’s a good chance my hips start moving mid-deadlift or squat. All in all, these guys make working out fun, motivating, and actually something to look forward to, even with the occasional country serenade.
