I have been working with coach Lana for a year now and have lost more weight in a natural healthy way all while learning more about fitness and nutrition and myself. I have had more confidence within myself, going to gym and working around life schedules. There have been times that I thought this wasn't for me or that I am doing everything but nothing is changing and Lana held me accountable and called me on my...stuff. She is a wealth of knowledge for fitness as well as importance of fitness, nutrition and mindset. She is supportive, kind and truthful. Kaitlyn Ferens has been my coach for five months. She is incredible! She has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She works to help you achieve results and goals that you set together. She's an amazing listener and communicator! My experience working with Kaitlyn has transformed my relationship with food and exercise. My body composition is changing (getting stronger!), the way that I plan meals for myself and how I eat has changed; how I prioritize movement each day has changed, too. Each week I get golden nuggets of wisdom from Kaitlyn through the weekly check-ins. Our talks and her messages are encouraging and honest. Kaitlyn is an incredible coach. She always seems to have the right words, believes in you and champions for you each step of the way. I appreciate her sense of humour, kind nature and that when life gets in the way (as it does sometimes) she understands and helps you pivot. I trained with Anthony for 6 months and I don’t think a five star review is enough. In those short months, I saw incredible changes in my body, mind and overall health! I gained an incredible amount of confidence. Anthony is extremely responsive to my hundreds of questions, at any time of day. He brings an insane amount of knowledge and experience. Those monthly check-ins keep me accountable and we adjust workouts and nutrition as i progress. I could not ask for a better trainer and would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
If you want to go with G-fit I would you choose April as your coach. April specializes in both post-partum and peri/menopausal coaching and knows exactly what you're going through. I've had April as my coach in different spots in my life and she is a gem. She is always there for you, in your corner and is rooting for you. The effort and time she puts in is almost like you are the sole client because to her, you matter. April helped me get back on track and learn how to actually not be angry with my body and to work with it. With her I even got to go on trips and eat balanced meals, get my steps in and lose weight and gain muscle. She has instilled a great number of skills to carry me forward. April listens and when you need a trainer who has your back....she is that one.
I was with GFIT for a little over a year. My coach was Cheryl Hirst who I have known for many years. She was a wonderful and supportive coach throughout my whole fitness and lifestyle journey. I was able to accomplish many of the goals I set out for myself because of her support, guidance and expertise. She was always willing to adjust my plans as needed and also valued my opinion which I appreciated. We had our monthly assessments which I really enjoyed, and I could always reach out to her at anytime if I had any questions about my meal plans. or workouts. I know I will continue on with a healthy and active lifestyle going forward. If you are looking for a coach at GFIT I would highly recommend her 🙂
