Oh. My. Gosh. The service was incredible. Our son spilled milk and the mold smell permeated everything for months. We tried and tried to clean it ourselves but to no avail. I even bought an ozone machine but didn’t need to use it after Brian’s superb service. I called multiple places and he offered the best price for what we needed. He even told me I didn’t need to add on the odor removal service since I had plans to ozone the car (saving me $50!!). I appreciated his honesty so much! Great thing was that his attention to detail and carpet cleaning resulted in me not needing the odor removal service OR the ozone! Did I mention how quickly he will text you back regarding his services and fees? So awesome.
