Mike Trejo and his team were simply amazing! Friendly, kind, honest, and informative; the people at Bridgepoint are truly fantastic. I would highly recommend them to anyone – especially first time home buyers like me. Mike graciously accepted many calls from me to “run numbers” and help figure out the best approach for my down payment and loan. I have only great things to say about Bridgepoint. They pre-approved us early in our house-hunting process and stayed on top of things as our search dragged on. When one of our offers was finally accepted, we had just landed in Australia for a 2 week vacation. The following day we were boarding a live-aboard vessel on the Great Barrier Reef where we would not have cell service. Excited (and with mild panic) we spoke with Mike and set things in motion. He and his team got to work, and by the time we were back ashore everything was in place. Fast forward 2 weeks, and just days before closing, I called Mike again to push for better rates. He fought hard for me and got me a fantastic loan with a monthly payment within my budget. My wife and I also really appreciated the little gifts they sent us throughout the process: the file folder was super helpful to organize all the paperwork, and the decoration they sent when we finally closed added a homely touch to the place while we were still waiting to move in all of our stuff. We contacted Mike and his team back in 2017 , but we ended up postponing our house purchase until 2025. During the years, he is still in senring us mortgage update and info. We just contacted him again in Jun 2025 and got a house in Aug with his help for mortgage. Mike and his team provides excellent services to us and help us close the house without any issue.
