Vic and team saved the day! We had been working directly with a lender that proposes cutting out the middleman. Our multi-unit, mixed-use (residential and commercial) property created lots of complications and hurdles that the original lender could not overcome. Vic came in and closed within 15 days, which included finding and closing with another insurance broker in a pinch, since our existing broker could also not meet the requirements.
