I’ve been coming to this place for decades. About half a year ago the Gas Attendant inadvertently ripped off the molding on the front of my Cadillacs hood, while he was aggressively opening the hood to check my oil level. Fortunately, the Management accepted responsibility and ordered the plastic part, confirming they’d pop the piece back on for me. When I called to schedule an appointment, management told me, I have to leave my car for the entire day! I explained that was impossible because I use my car for making my deliveries from my pizzeria. So here I’m stuck with a broken hood molding, and no compromise from management on how to handle this unfortunate situation they’ve put me in! If this was you, what would you do?
