I was very surprised how nice and kind the staff was. I own a auto repair shop in the Chicago area. If I lived here, all my car would be worked on by this staff. Thank you again great job.

I’ve been coming to this place for decades. About half a year ago the Gas Attendant inadvertently ripped off the molding on the front of my Cadillacs hood, while he was aggressively opening the hood to check my oil level. Fortunately, the Management accepted responsibility and ordered the plastic part, confirming they’d pop the piece back on for me. When I called to schedule an appointment, management told me, I have to leave my car for the entire day! I explained that was impossible because I use my car for making my deliveries from my pizzeria. So here I’m stuck with a broken hood molding, and no compromise from management on how to handle this unfortunate situation they’ve put me in! If this was you, what would you do?

It is so great to have such a reliable, trustworthy and just plain nice mechanic. As a widow, it is such a blessing to be able to trust them to do what they say and for a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

My check engine light has been an ongoing issue. I messaged Bridwell Automotive and Jeff called me to bring my vehicle in. Within a reasonably short time the diagnoses was in. They ordered the parts and had my jeep running by weeks end! Runs great!
