Apparently they do not rent to other rental companies, which was something they failed to mention after three phone calls promising us a quote for a delivery or will call service.

I reached out multiple times regarding chair and table rentals and was told on several occasions that a quote would be sent. After calling three or four times, I finally received an email stating that They're unable to deliver or arrange pickup for these items. I’m a bit confused, as it wasn’t mentioned during any of my previous calls. and I was given no reasonable explanation.

Bright Event Rentals is beyond belief. I truly appreciate their customer service, which is a model for any business to learn from. Their will call at the last minute for my events. They even drop off and pick up when I need to cater large events. There are so many options to choose from in all categories that will wow your clients.

My husband and I used Bright Event Rentals for literally everything at our wedding this past November 2023. The selection of items was awesome. Our wedding planner picked out most of it, but all of it totally fit our vibe and we couldn’t have been happier with how it all turned out. Plates, linens, cutlery, tables, chairs, couches, high tops, etc etc etc. Bright nailed it and we would recommend 10/10 for all your event needs ever!! Thank you guys so so much.
