We used Peerless Events for all of our dinner rentals for our wedding. There was lots of options to choose from for many different categories and they fit lots of different aesthetics. They made everything so easy and seamless for us! The pre-wedding delivery and post-wedding pickup was no big deal and they were so kind throughout all of it. We absolutely loved using them!

The tent was fantastic, unfortunately the fans and lights connected the day before and not tested on-site caused unnecessary stress the day before the event. Contacting them on Saturday was like pulling teeth. 3 1/2 hours after I called, I finally received a return call. On Friday, I called and explained the situation about the fans and lights and was given many unsatisfied answers. Bottom line, according to them was that everything worked because it was tested at the warehouse and I would have to pay $150 for them to come out. Even though I told them that the employees did test the property on-site. After the event, I made them plug them in and they verified that they were not working. Their customer service is very poor, because for the money I paid, they should at least want to resolve issues and want their customers to be happy. My advice to anyone who simply must use them, please have everything tested and inspected before they leave. And please read reviews of negative posts, because they tell the true story of what happens after the event and shows how poorly they deal with you once they take your money. I wish I would have read Lauren C. before choosing Peerless. Also, they did a poor job in refunding me for the lights and 2 fans, they should have also given me the $150 they would have charge to come out and test the equipment, especially since they were wrong. They had the audacity to offer a $100 in-store credit which they can keep, because I will never use them again or refer anyone their way.

Peerless is one awesome company! I have worked with them as an event planner and they have met all my needs and expectations - and even surpassed my expectations! Dan and Renee are great to work with, and handle anything you throw on them very well! With this crazy Texas weather I had an event outside and the weather went from freezing to warm to back to freezing the day of the wedding! They sent a guy to come remeasure and figure out the best place for the tent and what all was needed. I have been doing event planning for 10 years and I have worked with many different companies, and this has by far been the best experience I have had with Customer Service and Speedy Service! Thank you and your great team for helping me!
