Brighton Dental is a great choice if you’re looking for comprehensive and holistic care. Dr. Woods was very thorough in addressing my concerns, I wanted a dentist that was in-network and would not push me to go past what was necessary. Her attitude and plan for my current dental situation was better than I could have hoped. I’m looking forward to following through with it here, Dr. Woods helped my wife out when we were dealing with our insurance, and it’s obvious the whole team cares for all of their patients that come in.

I found Brighton Dental when I was really struggling with my health and had no answers through traditional medicine what was "wrong" with me. After 5 months of struggling I found Dr. Woods as a last ditch effort based on intuition that my underlying issue may be due to a root canal I had done the prior year. Every traditional dentist or doctor I met said my symptoms (chronic nausea, unable to eat, chronic fatigue, achy joints to name a few) couldn't possibly be related to my tooth because everything "looked fine". Dr. Woods made me feel seen and validated in a way that no other dentist or medical professional has, she listened, validated my feelings and said "you know your body better than anyone" so let's take a look. Sure enough after completing a Cone Beam CT scan she validated that the root canaled tooth was in fact infected. I had no pain in the actual tooth, but my body had been fighting a "silent infection" for over a year. She got me a few days later to have the tooth extracted (on a Tuesday) and by Friday of that same week I was able to walk my son around the neighborhood for trick or treating on Halloween. My walking heart rate went from over 130, to under 90 that same week, my blood pressure has stabilized, the daily panic and anxiety has gone away, I've gained over 5 pounds back (from losing 20) and I can eat, play with my son and function again. My body and nervous system still have healing to do after being in a state of chronic illness for an extended period of time, but each day I feel stronger. Thank you, Dr. Woods and everyone at your practice for not dismissing my concerns and helping me get my life back. If you have an intuition that your body is speaking through symptoms and it may be related to your oral health, go see Dr. Woods for a Cone Beam CT scan to confirm. You are your biggest advocate, and we need holistic practitioners who believe the mouth has a systemic impact on your entire body.

I came here with my strong little man, and he absolutely loved the visit. Honestly, it’s his favorite time every time we go to the dentist — ha! Long gone are the days of scary dentist visits. He got X-rays with super fun high-tech machines, had his cleaning done, and even had a baby tooth extracted… all while rocking hot pink sunglasses like a tiny celebrity. The hygienist, Liz, did an absolutely over-the-top amazing job. She wasn’t just good — she was gentle, patient, and genuinely excited to teach him everything about keeping his teeth healthy. You can tell Liz isn’t there to “get through appointments” — she truly cares about your teeth and your happiness. That kind of energy is rare, and we felt it from the moment she started working with him. And let me tell you about the rooms — they’re like walking into a mini spa. Each room is decorated so beautifully, with pretty wallpaper, crystals, photos, and the coziest vibe. It’s super private too, so you don’t feel like you’re in some cold, clinical dentist office. It’s more like, “Excuse me, is my facial starting soon?” while your kid is getting his teeth cleaned. Overall, an excellent experience. I’m especially grateful that they took the time to teach him the proper way to brush and floss, and even showed him where the plaque hides and how to keep it from setting up camp in his mouth. We left with one less baby tooth — highly, highly recommend!

I had a great first visit here at Brighton Dental SD! Everybody was nice: the front desk staff Dom and Maria and the dental assistant and of course Dr. Woods. She was very kind and understanding and helped answered my questions! The office was very nice as well. Would recommend.

My teeth were cleaned thoroughly — every tooth, every space in between — leaving my mouth feeling fresh and renewed. Special thanks to Dr. Paige Woods — a wonderful dentist, dentician, and caregiver who goes above and beyond. She answered all my questions with patience, administered treatment with real skill, and showed compassion that made the whole visit stress-free. Beyond being a great dentist, she is a genuinely kind human being. What also impressed me was how they took the time to teach me the right way to floss and offered advice I can use every day. I’ve been to many dentists before, but none have matched the professionalism and care here.
