My experience at Brilliant Earth in Easton was disappointing. During the ring-shopping process, I was made to feel less than, which took away from what should have been an exciting and special moment. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the overall interaction left me uncomfortable rather than supported. Because of this experience, I would not recommend this location for ring shopping. I hope they improve how they treat customers in the future.

I had a wonderful experience at Brilliant Earth! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and felt completely at ease. Hannah Hronec🫶 was absolutely amazing — she was so friendly, patient, and genuinely caring. She took the time to listen to what I was looking for, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made the entire process enjoyable. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out, and she made me feel like a valued guest rather than just a customer. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend Brilliant Earth, especially with Hannah’s outstanding support!

This company has been amazing. FedEx delivered my engagement ring to the wrong address, and an unauthorized person signed for it. After I filed a missing package claim with FedEx, they deemed it unrecoverable. Brilliant Earth immediately stepped in and filed an insurance claim on my behalf. Within just a few days, they reached out and gave me the choice of a replacement or a refund. I chose a replacement, and the very next day they sent me a diamond option similar to my original choice. I wasn’t in love with that one, so I called in and provided the stock number of a diamond I preferred instead. They even offered to price match it since it was slightly more than the original. The next day, I received an order confirmation for my replacement ring. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been so kind and helpful during what could have been a very stressful experience.

Hannah H was so helpful! We made an appt to just get an idea of an engagement ring styles. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with trying on different cuts and wedding bands. At brilliant earth you can ship up to 5 diamonds from their online store to compare in person. Of note with the real diamonds they didnt have any real diamond rings to try on. They also don’t let the real diamonds touch your skin so it’s slightly hard to get an idea of how it looks on.

Had the absolute BEST experience with Isabelle C, yesterday. It was my first time trying on engagement rings or doing anything like this and she made myself and friend feel comfortable from start to finish. My friend was unable to book a same day appointment due to BE being fully booked, and she ended up going to a neighboring retailer after the appointment I had at Brilliant Earth.. It was nothing in comparison to the experience we had with Isabelle. Not comparable at all. I am absolutely interested in purchasing here and hoping to get my friend in for an appointment here soon! Thank you for all of your help.
