We can’t thank Ian and Helen enough for all their help in getting our daughter ready for the entrance test of The Blue Coat School. Although she only joined Ian and Helen in February, her progress and success speak for themselves. And it’s her first time going to a tutorial centre so she’s a bit nervous at the beginning but since the very first lesson, both tutors showed genuine care and commitment to her progress. They quickly identified her strengths and areas for improvement. They tailored exercises according to each student’s ability and encouraged my daughter to take challenges, building up her confidence. What impressed me most is when the School announced in March that this year the test would be divided into two phases and the test format would also be massively changed, Ian and Helen acted quickly and professionally. They did thorough research, held a meeting with us parents to explain the updates, and immediately adjusted their teaching materials, syllabus, and mock exams to make sure the students were fully prepared for the new format. That level of commitment and responsiveness really stood out to us. Thanks to their guidance and encouragement, our daughter passed the Phase 1 test smoothly and went into Phase 2 feeling confident and well prepared; and we’re absolutely thrilled that she’s been guaranteed a place at Blue Coat! We’re so grateful to Ian, Helen, and the whole team at Brilliant Minds.
