We always book our pup in here when we go away and take comfort knowing that he is in good hands. Would definitely recommend.

Our dogs just stayed for the first time, 12 nights. They were very well looked after, came home happy and relaxed (I think they even got a bath which we didn’t order). Staff all seemed concerned about their emotional well-being and making sure they weren’t stressed or missing us. Also gave a good report on their stay at pick up. Highly recommend, will definitely use again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We recently had a very disappointing experience with this dog hotel. While we were interstate in Melbourne for work, we received a call stating that one of our female dogs had unexpectedly come on heat, and needed to be collected ASAP (24 hours before her scheduled pick-up time) As we use this facility because we do not have alternative care options, collecting her immediately was extremely difficult. I apologised repeatedly on the phone and explained the situation. We even changed our flights so we could collect our dogs as early as possible the following morning, awhile travelling with 2 very young toddlers. When we arrived, I was met with noticeable tension from the staff member at the front desk. As I tried to apologised again before leaving, I was told I was “irresponsible” for not having my dogs desexed and that “nobody has dogs not desexed nowadays.” Regardless of personal opinions, speaking to a paying customer in that manner is completely unprofessional and inappropriate. To make matters worse, when we looked our dog was NOT even on heat!!!! The hotel has been more than happy to accept our bookings and take our money knowing our dogs are not desexed, yet when a situation arose, we were treated with judgement and just plain rudeness. Going forward, as a company, it might make more sense to only accept dogs that are desexed and not take bookings for dogs that are not! it seems unlikely this would result in any loss of business, considering “nobody has dogs not desexed nowadays.” We trusted this facility to care for our dogs while we were away. Instead, they have left us feeling humiliated and extremely upset! we will not be returning.

We’ve used Brisbane Pet Motel’s services a few times over the last couple years, with our previous dog and current. They are always friendly, positive and helpful. Today was Maverick’s first visit, and he left very happy and well taken care of. He seems to have had a great day. Thanks guys! 10/10 💖

Weve used them a few times and this most recent was outstanding. The man who escorted my dog (Freya) away was so friendly, he even remembered her from a previous visit which was a lovely touch. Then at pick up, they shared a personal story about her visit, which makes me feel like they really did treat her like an individual. Not just one of the masses.
