Really professional, and the food was brilliant. Only four stars because we ordered one gluten and dairy free option, but their serving was tiny.

Very happy with the variety of food, quality and service. Have been using them for 2 years now. I like we need to book just a day before - which is convenient for when you don't know numbers of attendees in advance.

Absolutely elite food. Ordered very basic catering for a casual afternoon tea (party pies, sausage rolls, mini hot dogs) and they were all clearly cooked in their kitchen with proper meat, great pastry, and lovely presentation. Looking forward to using them again and would give 6 stars if I could

Highly recommend. I was catering for a small weekend workshop with a lot of dietary restrictions so finding a suitable and reliable company was high priority. The service from the team from initial quoting, serving and selection recommendations through to delivery was exceptional and can't be faulted. Then there is the food. Just wow. Presentation and flavour was top tier. Highly recommend for your catering needs. Thanks again Connor and team for a flawless service.

AMAZING catering, service and delivery. First time using Brisk and won't be the last. Hosting clients at our office and the food was brilliant.....our clients requested to take leftovers home for their dinner! Couldn't fault anything. Thanks so much Brisk Catering 🙏
