Had a wonderful treatment from Naomi. As a professional circus artist with a recent whiplash injury I was looking for relief from muscle spasms & tension. Naomi's style of treatment & ability to read the body was perfect - she was able to get deep enough to release the tension in my neck & shoulders, but with a sensitivity & understanding that also calmed my inflamed nervous system. I often struggle to find treatments that can do both - would definitely recommend! She gave me take aways for continuing my recovery while away on tour as well - super knowledgeable & understanding of what I ask of my body.

It was truly one of the best I've ever had, I shared my problem areas and she really focused on them and felt such an improvement after just a one hour session. Often I find deep tissue massages are solely focused on relaxation and don't treat problem areas, but Emma is such a skilled masseuse and really relieved my tight and tense muscles. Thank you!

Wow!! What an amazing massage from Sophia. Thank you Sophia! She is so professional and talented and I believe has a gift. She is so knowledgable and intuitive and the treatment helped to resolve the dull ache I was experiencing in my low back, even though the treatment wasn't painful. It was relaxing and blissful, whilst also being practical and informative, as she explained what the root cause was. Excellent value for money. I will 100% be returning!

I had an amazing treatment from Sophia. I suffer with horrific back pain and was dreading my train journey home. After seeing good reviews I booked a last minute apt (thanks for squeezing me in) in hope of some relief. I was very happy with a relaxing and restoring massage that fixed me right up. I even had advice on exercises to help with my issue. After the treatment I had immediate relief. I just wish I lived closer so I could see Sophia more often as I’m sure she would help fix me completely. I definitely recommend Sophia for a massage if you need fixing or just want to relax. ☺️
