Spencer makes me feel at home every time. I feel well looked after, he makes your satisfaction his priority and he makes time to see his patients to check on their treatments after their appointment. I can directly communicate with him about any worries, concerns or questions and he is always helpful and kind to answer them. I have had several ‘tweaks’ done by Spencer and he always knows EXACTLY what I want doing. Plus I completely trust any suggestions he makes due to his level of expertise. Every experience has resulted in exactly what I wanted. Spencer is also a lovely person who is great at putting me at ease, and extremely trustworthy, he will let you know if he thinks what you are asking for is not going to suit you, and I think going somewhere where they have that level of morality and pride in their work is very important too.
