I only have good things to say about BPS and I highly recommend them. Lee is a breath of fresh air in this world of failing customer service. He's done a few things for me now and my only regret is that I didn't find him years ago. He is always prompt and reliable, friendly and professional. He always returns my whatsapp messages. He arrives when he says he will. He does what he says he will do (and sometimes more). He does things really neatly and communicates throughout. He also provides a proper invoice, which seems rare these days too.

Three plumbers declined the job of removing our built-in Belfast sink, insisting that the worktop would be damaged in the process. We then discovered Lee. He constructed a device to gently lower the sink, leaving the worktop undamaged. He then installed a new sink. A wonderful job, by a very skilled tradesman at reasonable cost. Strongly recommended.

Wonderful service from Lee at Bristol Plumbing Services . I recently had a leaking cistern and contacted them on a Friday night via What’s App. Lee came out the following morning and fixed the problem within an hour. They gave a fair rate and an extremely fast service. Using What’s app as a form of communication made things so easy. Will use them again if needed .

Really prompt and excellent work from Lee. I reached out to Bristol plumbing services after a botched job by the original installers who installed a new washing machine to my existing integrated kitchen. Lee responded the same day that I contacted him, found the solution to adjust the height of the washing machine, and came out the very next day to put things right. His work was excellent, his attention to detail second to none, communication excellent, rates very reasonable, and above all Lee was professional, efficient and someone I knew I could trust from the moment he came in to my home .
