Today John came to check my boiler, and he was extremely professional, thorough, and friendly. He saved me a significant amount of money by avoiding the need to replace the entire boiler. I can only highly recommend Jon and will definitely call him every year for the annual check.

John does fantastic work, he's now fixed my toilet, sink, and a leaking stop tap in the wall, and each job I've been impressed with how thorough it was (for example in fixing the sink he also prevented a future issue with the overflow whilst there), the quick pace of work, and clear communication of what's broken and exactly how best to fix it. Considering that he's fixed work done by another plumber, but to a much higher standard (and in a very difficult circumstance with the stop tap as it was inside the wall behind cabinets), I'd 100% reccomend for competence and great value for money.

We were recommended John by some friends. He was really communicative and professional from quoting through to invoicing. He had a great eye for detail and has a good group of subcontractors for other elements who he managed well. Overall - really pleased!

John was recommended by a neighbour and he was great. He was able to come out the next day, which was brilliant because we had no hot water, and he communicated well, turned up promptly and fixed the problem quickly. He was very personable too. Not sure our experience could have been improved!

The before and afters say it all.. John is a very skilled plumber and his skills go even further than plumbing .. the finish on our bathroom was immaculate! Couldn’t recommend more.
