Clara's yoga classes are the best I've ever found! I love her approach, she has created a wonderful, friendly and supportive community where I feel welcome just as I am in any given moment. Clara's teaching is excellent - her knowledge and experience means she is really skilled at offering individual pointers to help everyone in the class work in a way that suits them and their body and mind. I also really value Clara's online resources - they have really helped me establish a regular home practice. Yoga has become an integral part of my wellbeing and I am very grateful to Clara for that! I really enjoy Clara's classes and one of the few things I manage to keep up regularly! Her style of yoga is gentle and relaxing yet somehow you can make it challenging when you want to. Not sure what sort of magic that is but it is. The studio is bright, airy and calming. What is not to love?

Yoga with Clara is inspirational. It has given me a totally different perspective on yoga and using the mind body connection. Clara’s calm voice and clear guidance and excellent use of language helps one to relax into the poses at your bodies own pace and ability, to gradually increase strength, flexibility and agility. By the end of my weekly hour I feel both energised and relaxed. Clara’s weekly blogs/tips and periodic 2 week challenges are a great encouragement to form a daily 10 minute habit. I haven’t quite achieved that yet but I’m getting there. My aches and pains are so much better the more regularly I practice. Thanks for all your hard work and dedication Clara!
