Best yoga studio in Bristol. I might be a little biased, as I spend a good chunk of my life there. I owe this studio alot of gratitude, it's a haven of calm and community in the middle of the city.
I started hot yoga classes to help recover from an injury, but found myself staying and enjoying it for almost a year now! After a class I always feel much more calm and grounded, it really gives you an stress-free hour away from everyday life. Each instructor has a slightly different style which is something I really enjoy, I feel like I can always learn something new and improve my practice! You can always take the class at your own pace and everyone is very welcoming.

I love everything about HPY Bristol from Caroline the owner whose so welcoming & genuinely caring to her team who are simply phenomenal, incredible yoga teachers. The space is so special, it’s soothing to the soul, there’s something about being in the pod, a feeling of being cocooned, safe, cared for and super fun. I’ve been attending yoga for decades but I’ve definitely found my ‘tribe’ here at HPY Bristol, my practice has deepened and I feel the benefits in mind, body and spirit. I love they have three levels so it’s available to all, my favourite the Rest & Restore class, the last one of the week on a Sunday 6-7pm which ends your week beautifully and sets you up for the week ahead also guaranteed to have thee best night sleep.
