Excellent service! I went in for wheel tracking, and during the inspection they discovered an issue with my track rod end. They explained the problem clearly and advised a replacement. Even though they couldn’t complete the tracking that day and it took their time, they didn’t charge me anything. I bought the parts and returned the next day, and they completed the job perfectly. Very honest and professional garage — highly recommended!

Went in with a flat tyre and my spare on the car. The guys checked out my original tyre and valve and couldn't find a leak. Replaced the wheel for me for free, and gave me confidence that I had just knocked the air out. Didn't charge me for anything. Unbelievably friendly and professional. Saved me time and money.
My experience yesterday was very unpleasant. I went there to change a front flat tyre on my van. The operator told me, while removing the wheel, that my brake pads also needed replacing. This was a bit of a surprise, considering I had replaced them four months ago, and I don't use the van very often. After waiting for about an hour my van's turn came. I watched as the new pads were being replaced alongside another operator who was doing the job. Surprisingly my brake pads were perfectly fine. The new operator asked me who told you you needed new brake pads and I showed him his colleague. I eventually found out that some of them ask customers to change their brake pads at the same time without any proper inspection. I was charged an extra £160 for this even though I could have driven for another year without any problems
Amazing service, tended to us straight away and were able to offer both part worn and new tyres, fitted instantly and service available for alignment. Really friendly and helpful and gave good advice. Especially considering we arrived unexpectedly not long before they closed! Great and would use again.
