We were very excited to have our wedding at the National Museum because we love the architecture and the gardens and figured we’d get some nice photos there. We also liked the idea that we could go back to the place where we married for a cuppa and a cake when we wanted. We had no idea how amazing Nat and the whole team at Broadbean would be, but they were absolutely amazing! From our first meeting with Nat, we knew she was a safe set of hands. In the lead up to the wedding, Nat made everything that needed to be organised with the venue and catering so easy for us. She also worked seamlessly with our stylists and celebrants and helped us get all the ceremony timings right. Nat was also terrific on the day, happily ushering the photographer and wedding party around for photos. Access to a private room for the bridal party was a real plus for us since we had photos at the venue before the wedding and needed a space to rest and hide as the guests arrived. For the reception, there was an extensive menu for us to choose from and food on the night was very delicious and very generous. They took good really good care of the various food allergies and intolerances among our guests. The service staff were really lovely and professional. We got hitched without a single hitch thanks to Nat and her terrific team.

My wife and I held a wedding reception event at the National Museum of Australia - Peninsula room. The venue ambience was perfect and catered for the required numbers we had. The food was a non-Indian menu selection and was well received by all our Indian guests! A testament to the chef's abilities. Natalie's support throughout the entire planning process on short notice was instrumental in assisting me making all arrangements from Sydney. I only had a chance to look at the completed setup venue once I made my grand appearance with my wife and everything was setup perfectly according to plan. Her run sheet and ability to coordinate vendors leading up to the day and on the day itself was very helpful. The complimentary brunch was wonderfully prepared for us the next day. 10/10 for the venue, event manager, chef and support staff!

Natalie led the catering and event set-up in a professional and personable way. Nothing was too much trouble, for example we were able to make a call on an indoor or outdoor ceremony about an hour beforehand. We had use of a private room for the bride and groom which was invaluable. I actually left my after dinner speech in there and it turned up at my table setting - you cannot buy service and attention to detail like that! The price is very good for the event venue and the quality of the food and wine. You will not go wrong by engaging these guys! 5 stars.

My wife and I held our wedding at the National Museum of Australia last weekend. Natalie and the team did an amazing job helping make our vision become a reality. The day was better than what we had imagined. We’ve heard from many of our guests that the food was really great and that it was such a unique and stunning venue. Natalie was so helpful and easy to communicate with, and just made the whole process so easy. Her attention to detail and organisation enabled us to have full confidence leading up to the day, and we really appreciated the hard work she put in to coordinate with all of our vendors and make sure our reception ran smoothly. We were extremely happy with everything and highly recommend the museum as a function venue!

We had our wedding at the National Museum with Broadbean Catering & Events and it was everything we could've hoped for! The food was amazing, staff were very attentive and friendly, and the Peninsula room was perfect. Natalie and Anthony were so great to work with in the lead up, with good communication and always very flexible with our requests. The menu tasting offering before the wedding was a highlight for us, it allowed us to pick the perfect dishes that we were then excited for our guests to try. Natalie took away our stress with planning, helping out with schedules and contacting vendors, the day went seamlessly. We would highly recommend Broadbean!
