Great customer service. Canberra-only Canberra Earl Grey is my current favourite! Highly recommend to try the Canberra-only loose leaf tea before heading off! 100 gram is simply not enough! Will get some more next time visiting!

Service very friendly and professional. However, the tea seems to have gone down in quality and up in price. I bought some recently (very expensive) and it had almost no smell or flavour. It was described as ‘a medium to strong fragrant blend of leaves’ - so had great expectations.

Between Lynsey, Michael, and Annie, you have what can only be described as an All Star Team. They are beyond helpful and always great to deal with. Impressive range to suit all tastes and some really gorgeous tea pots and things. A must for mothers' day/birthdays/etc.
