Rude staff. They can’t even administer an IV. Do not come here if you need urgent care. Nothing urgent about it. They won’t do anything to help you feel better other than prescribe something you don’t need. They want you in and out to maximize profits. Visited on Saturday 1/3/26

Horrible clinic experience. I waited two hours to be seen, which I understood and accepted. However, I was prescribed two medications that I needed, and the doctor forgot to send them in. When I called the ER at the other Broadlawns location to get help, the man I spoke with began arguing with me and told me they couldn’t assist unless I came back in and went through the entire process again. If that’s the case, why even be open on Sundays if patients are just rushed out without proper care or follow-through?

This place is a joke. I have 70% of ONE kidney left, (the other kidney and 30% had a tumor so it got removed) I went in and the doctor prescribed me a muscle relaxer that would’ve killed the kidney I have remaining. The doctor proceeded to laugh and say at least it wouldn’t have killed you instantly. It’s giving this place higher as anybody and I don’t appreciate the unprofessionalism.

I've been going here for a long time the front desk ladies are extremely courteous respectful and helpful! They also have a great sense humor :-) which is hard to come by nowadays. My nurses have always been excellent and very compassionate which makes it easier for me to go to the doctor. I've been going to Dr.Klock since I was 14 and I absolutely love her! It's not often you have a doctor that listens to you and doesn't make you feel rushed. She really cares on how you feel and she's compassionate.

These women are AWESOME! They were very nice and welcoming. The lady at the desk up front could tell I was in pain and was quick with my check-in. I don’t even think it was 2 minutes until my name was called. I was seen almost immediately and given care. They literally had a plan of attack for my problem in less than 15 minutes. Couldn’t be happier with the care and treatment.
