This is Deanna Leonardi and my son Carl called for me for service . On the coldest day blustery with snow and a Sunday Lenny came and put Priority on my premises because I had no heat . The ignitor stopped working . Lenny was the greatest service man very helpful and kind. He had the job done in no time and done perfectly. I would recommend Lenny and Broadview Heating to anybody. Thank you so much for your prompt and caring service.

The technician Trent was fantastic! He showed up earlier than the time frame I was given earlier in the day when I made the appointment. He had my furnace running quickly. Will definitely use again and will definitely recommend.

The LO PRESSURE indicator was resolved, however after returning home from work that same day Trent was out working on my furnace, I noticed I now have a HI PRESSURE indicator issue with my furnace. Since there is no one available from the office to speak with during the weekend, I’m not sure what should be done to protect my furnace from possible further problems until I am contacted on Monday. Concerned.

Broadview heating had a technician out to us within 2 hours of our call. Art was very personable, thorough with determining what needed to be completed to repair our furnace. Everything was repaired properly. He also checked to make sure the furnace was not emitting carbon monoxide. He cleaned the entire interior of the furnace including the burners and ignitor. We could not have asked for better service with Art on site and customer service getting the repair done quickly and efficiently. Thank you.

We had trent as our service advisor he went over the furnace and he told us we could either fix it or get us a new one . There was no pressure of getting a new one he let us make the decision. since the furnace was 23 years old, we went with the new one. Set up the appointment for Monday morning. We had jacob and ray do the installation. They both did an awesome job. Left the area cleaner then it was. we will be calling broadview heating for all our services
