Had a terrible experience this morning with the Dallas corporate office. I was fraudulently charged four times on my account and when I was transferred from another store to the Dallas corporate office a rude employee in the repair department named “ Georgeanne” was so rude and curt, would not allow us to explain our issue, told us that she couldn’t help us and kept interrupting us to give us extensions and even mentioned we might be interrupting a staff holiday party so no one might even answer the phones. She was absolutely terrible, we felt like we were an annoyance and a bother to her, she wouldn’t not even allow us to get a word out, we might have been transferred to a different department that couldn’t help us how would she have known? Terrible customer service. The man that did pick up helped us but the prior conversation with had with Georgeanne completed ruined the call for us and we will consider other local music stores to purchase and rent instruments from versus this company we have been loyal customers for years. Terrible!

outstanding customer service! came in for slide-O-mix for my trombone during the last 10 minutes fearing the doors would be closed and the gentleman with the glasses (first front desk) helped me out immediately!

We have been using brook Mays for about 3 years! Although I feel that I have paid forever! Between all the repairs my son has needed I feel like they are good! I have been to 3 out of the 4 locations and they are all very different!
