Overall the service was performed well and the discount they offer is a scam. They offer you a discount of $219 off the “start up” costs. Now, if you decide to cancel within the 24 months period, you do not get the discount anymore. The charge you the 219 to cancel. I did not have any issues with the service or the company, but the representative in the finance department “Joe” was extremely rude and disrespectful. I asked him to cancel 3 times, be proceeds to explain to me why I need to keep it, and for the 4th time I ask him nicely to cancel. He then proceeds to tell me, “maybe you didn’t understand me”, as if I didn’t hear him. All I can say is, READ BETWEEN the fine print or companies like this will find a way to scam you. I will not reach out to them ever again.

Donald was outstanding. He completed the job by baiting every single SnapTrap left here (unbaited) yesterday, and then adding even more. He also performed a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of the house, took photographs and showed me where problems lie and how I can correct them. We were so impressed with his overall service, it was the most thorough we’ve had and we finally feel like the job was done right. Thank you Donald, great job! We will request you in the future.

Today was my first experience with this company. So far so good. I’ll have to update later on the treatment I had done if it was effective or not. As far as the tech I had Joshua Chavez he was great and very informative. We have a flea issue but I wouldn’t consider it an infestation. He went above and beyond with spraying carpet and the artificial grass to ensure the fleas die EVERYWHERE. He also recommended what to do and what not to do. He was also patient with me and all my questions.

My entire experience with the company has not always been smooth but by far the best service my home has gotten from top to bottom and care to detail and attention with my technician today. He is an asset to this company by simply the way he does his job, nothing extra or crazy out of the ordinary but simply his attention to actually getting what was needed done with efficiency and effort! THEN after doing what he was there to do THEN he asked what else if anything was needed or I had concerns about that he could address I explained I needed another box since my other had been broken and not brought back he told me he would see to it that it was replaced by next service and you know what by his approach today I believe him 100%.
