Erick, the ONE & ONLY Tech we’ve had in the past 20 months that was GREAT! Been paying this company for 20 months hasn’t helped & or cared about our Situation! I believe if had been helping us over the past year our situation would’ve been rectified!! Other than him, I would not recommend this company they lock you in for a year. Don’t do anything they make you pay a penalty if you wanna! That’s probably why their technicians don’t last very long six months to a year max
From the very first call to Brooks Pest Control, the whole experience was smooth and easy. The office staff was friendly, got me scheduled quickly, and answered all my questions without making me feel overwhelmed. Jacob was the tech that came out. He showed up on time, was super friendly, and really knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense and didn’t rush through anything. What really stood out to me is how thorough he was. For someone so young, he works with the professionalism and care of someone who’s been doing this for years. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend!
I cannot express my disappointment with Brooks Pest Control enough. This company has been a complete scam in my experience. We hired them to spray chemicals to control pests, but they failed to uphold their contract. They never showed up for one of the scheduled services — no call, no update. When they finally did come after repeated rescheduling, the treatment was completely ineffective. We continued seeing pests around the house, and their only excuse was that we “need service every 3 months for pests not to return.” Even after paying full price for each visit, the problem never improved. Because the service was so poor, I stopped scheduling further appointments — and now they’re charging me a cancellation fee for a service I didn’t even use. I genuinely don’t understand how they can justify this. Their customer service has been unprofessional, unhelpful, and honestly disrespectful of customers’ time and money. Save yourself the headache and your money. Avoid Brooks Pest Control.
Leonardo was very helpful and attentive. Also very friendly and respectful. He took the time to to attend all of the issues we were having and explained everything very thoroughly. I would greatly recommend him and brooks services. He did a great job!
