Cody from Brooks Pest Control did a fantastic job at our home. He arrived right on time and gave me a quick, clear overview before getting started, which I really appreciated. I mentioned that the crickets by our front porch had been getting loud, and he immediately assured me he’d give that area extra attention. As always, he covered the entire property with exceptional attention to detail. He worked efficiently and wrapped up quickly without disrupting our day at all. On top of that, Cody is genuinely friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience even better. He told me every thing I need to k own about the treatment that I need to know and how it works time period how long it takes and how it was safe. I\n Really appreciate everything that he did that. He didn't have to do by explaining it all to me and I would like him to come back out for all other first sprays, he did an excellent job, he explained everything he took the time out to point things out to me that I didn't know. He told me what the best things to do for the home like to get certain things out where roaches were being festive and take time to get him out of there, so it's just better just to get rid of him and replace it, and which I appreciate cause it made a lot of sense. As far as being a professional, he was that and more and for that, I'm grateful
