The movers were professional, efficient, helpful, and friendly! They handled our stuff in a safe and fast manner. We had a lot of stuff, and needed help packing. They did their best to save us time, cause they bill by hours so advised us ways to save both time and money. Of course, the price is unbeatable. Will definitely use their service again if need to move in the bay area.

Absolutely Amazing Service! The whole booking and moving process was super smooth. Two movers came, and they were both experienced, kind, and efficient! I also appreciated that I could get reusable boxes a few days before moving day — there’s just a $10 deposit per box. They’re sturdy and eco-friendly, and it’s great that I didn’t have to spend money on cardboard boxes only to throw them away afterward. There was a slight language barrier, but both my husband and I had no trouble communicating with the movers. Everything went perfectly. I’d definitely recommend this service to anyone looking for a stress-free move!

We were recommended Brother Movers by our neighbors and friends. Johnny and two other movers were prompt, worked hard and efficiently, took great care to wrap our furniture and protecting walls/corners and the floor. Booking communication started on their website and then through e-mail. Pricing (including vehicle fee, expected tip, etc.) was given up front so there were no surprises. Cash only. People might frown on this but we are hiring Brother Movers because they are affordable and good. It is what it is. Johnny was able to communicate with us freely and while the two other movers did not speak English, we were able to communicate using a translation app when needed. They were very careful to have us double check our home, placement of furniture and the truck to ensure nothing was left behind or not as we had wanted. I felt bad because I decided later to have the sofa sets swapped between the living room and family room and they had no issues doing that for us. I have used movers before of varying ages and ability, some who chain smokers and took breaks often. Brother Movers worked for 4.5 hours without a break (other than driving 25 minutes to the new home) and were a pleasure to work with. Would happily use their services again and would request Johnny.

The entire process was smooth and stress-free. The staff were polite, responsive, and made sure everything reached the destination in perfect condition. Brother Movers were amazing! They made the whole move feel so easy and way less stressful than I expected. They showed up with such a positive attitude and just got to work. I had a lot of stuff in the house, but they never judged or seemed even slightly annoyed, they just handled everything like pros. Moving is usually a super stressful task, but these guys actually made it feel kind of fun. Big shoutout to Chao and his team … they were friendly, efficient, and just awesome to work with. Highly recommend them to anyone getting ready for a move!
