Excellent service! Came within 24 hrs. Tech did a very good assessment. Found the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. Then reviewed with me a recommendation for the longevity of the mechanical parts of the door. Again at a very reasonable price which he completed very quickly. I had a great experience with the company. The sales rep/estimator was very knowledgeable, a former tech/installer who had been with the company from its start. He arrived in a van with samples of the various materials and the knowledge to make a quick and accurate assessment of repair work needed prior to installation. There was zero hard sell but focused listening and responsive and detailed information. The tech/installer was excellent as well. As a former finish carpenter I have a sharp eye. Tom, a 9 year veteran of the company, was fast, efficient, accurate and very tolerant of my questions. The installation was perfect and the result beyond expectations.

Right Way Garage Doors Pro – Technician: Mike Dermont Mike did an outstanding job with our garage door service. He was extremely patient, meticulous, and highly skilled, taking the time to explain every step in detail so we felt confident about the work being done. We had an existing Genie Intellicode opener that we wanted to replace, and Mike guided us through the process seamlessly. He also installed a new Chamberlain-compatible garage keypad outside the garage, along with the power adapter kit needed to make it work perfectly. Everything was handled with care and precision, and the results were excellent. Mike’s professionalism and thoroughness really stood out. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and ensures everything is done right, I highly recommend Mike and Right Way Garage Doors Pro.
