I had a great experience with the company. The sales rep/estimator was very knowledgeable, a former tech/installer who had been with the company from its start. He arrived in a van with samples of the various materials and the knowledge to make a quick and accurate assessment of repair work needed prior to installation. There was zero hard sell but focused listening and responsive and detailed information. The tech/installer was excellent as well. As a former finish carpenter I have a sharp eye.
