AH-MA-ZING! Kate is not only insanely good at her job, but is an incredible person inside and out. She did work on my brows that had existing faded pigment from the 2018 era, and I was so worried my brows would never look good again without laser removal. She walked me through all my options before we agreed upon the next steps and my eyebrows look lively, better defined, and natural! The process didn’t hurt at all and she was the sweetest and most educational the entire time. She excelled at customer service so well by accommodating me in a situation many other professionals in the beauty industry would have turned me away for. The anxiety I get going to the dr, dentist, and other appts was non-existent with Kate. Kate is truly a light that radiates warmth which only enriches the experience even further. She feels like a friend every time we talk. I don’t write reviews, but felt compelled after my touch-up service with her today because of how great she is. Can’t wait to keep throwing out her name and business at the gym, at church, at play dates, and any other time someone compliments my eyebrows!

One of the most professional individuals I’ve encountered in years. As someone in the beauty industry myself I honestly wish I had her tact. She will definitely make you feel comfortable through every step. Super excited to see the final results after they heal but they look great now!

My entire visit was fabulous! Kate is professional, kind and listened to me and what i wanted from the word go! So so happy with my results! I was nervous but she talked me through it all and answered all my questions and so much more! I highly recommend to anyone who wants beautiful brows!! Thank you Kate!

10/10 experience from start to finish. Kate is professional and easy to talk to, she listened to all my concerns and made sure to not only walk me through the process but get my approval as well. As for brows, she made an amazing shape and they are healing beautifully. I love how she reassured me to trust the process since it can be overwhelming at first!
