I recently visited Brown & Co for an appraisal of my original wedding ring as it had been quite some time since my last one. Scheduling was easy - I called and spoke with Nisha who was helpful in explaining the process, pricing and availability. When I arrived, I was greeted and directed to Nisha. She was friendly, professional and took time to review my jewelry documentation and carefully inspect my jewelry while completed a short form She clearly explained the appraisal process, which made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. As a nice touch, Nisha also offered to clean my ring after the inspection. I received my appraisal via email withing the promised 7-10 business days. Overall the experience was smooth, efficient and pleasant. I would recommend Brown & Co for appraisal services.
