I have been a customer at this location for several years. This is my first time leaving a review though I have been extremely satisfied with each visit. I want to apologize to you all for not thinking of pumping you up sooner. I have lifetime replacement on several of my watches and I have had rings sized, stones replaced and engravings. I implore you all to give them a chance and they have wonderful customer service. Lastly, they are offering 10% off all services if you leave them a review.

I was in Atlanta for a weekend with my Family and we always love to stop in at Lenox square. We like to park by SweetGreen (restaurant). I walked by this small jewelry repair shop dozens of times and never stopped in. I have an old Japanese coin from the Samurai period (1853-1865) that I have been wanting to make in to a pendant for my necklace. I brought it with me and finally stopped in. I AM SO GLAD I DID! The guys at the shop instantly made me feel like family. They took the time to listen to what I wanted and gave me the best price of anyone other place I have contacted and/or visited in the last year. Not only did they give the best price, the work was way better than I even expected. Not only do they do repair work…they have a great selection In the store with more great prices. I will be back many more times and I don’t think I can let anyone else do customer jewelry or repair for me again. Thanks to Mike and the team for the great work! I LOVE IT!!!
