I’d like to give a shout out to Brown Roofing. They just completed a re-roof on our home. They were outstanding. I always bid projects out to multiple vendors. In this case I checked all vendors via BBB, Yelp and Google reviews. I also talked to neighbors that had used them. Pricing was in line, but the difference was clarity. Their bid was very specific in what would be included. Metal would be replaced, not reworked. Bumps would be included. Downspouts and gutters reworked. 2 X 40# underlayment, new skylight, 15 year warranty on the silicone flat roof sections, etc. When it came to execution, the project went extremely well. The project took 5 days. Every afternoon the crew did a property walk around and cleaned up all debris. They showed up on time and worked hard. When the job was completed, they did a careful raking of our property. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional roofing company in Phoenix, I would highly recommend Brown Roofing.

A few years ago, Brown did a removal and install of new asphalt shingles - work and timing were 100%. A few days ago, noticed the skylight in the master bathroom was cracked, old age, called Jessy for suggestions, he said he would stop by the next day to inspect. After his inspection he said they could get the acrylic replaced in a few days. His crew arrived yesterday mid-day, in about an hour they had replaced the acrylic and did an inspection of the entire roof membrane. Touched up a few spots where the AC ducts went through the roofing, there were no leaks, just wanted to make double sure everything was 100%. Great People, Great Service.

Brown Roofing just did a full roof replacement on my home, including reroofing two sheds in my backyard. They also repaired a section of my patio roof where the wood was rotting. They even painted it for me. Craig, the owner, came out to give me an estimate. He is such a nice guy and very honest, even telling me I should get three estimates before making my decision. I was quite impressed by that. Debbie, the office manager, was very nice also. She took care of all the details and got me on the schedule quickly. Craig dropped off color samples of the shingles so I could get an accurate idea of the color I wanted. Craig, Julio, and the crew were here bright and early on the start date. It was a three day job, and they worked hard and put in full days.They also cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. Craig was here each day to check on the progress and go for any additional supplies. They did a fantastic job, and my new roof looks beautiful! I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the work, and the pricing was fair and reasonable in my opinion. Thank you again to Craig, Julio, and the crew for doing an excellent job.
