ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have had a great experience with Brown Dog lodge so far (3 weeks of daycare for my pup). After week 1, they knew my dog's name and recognized me when I came to pick her up. They have figured out so much about my pup without me telling them which shows me they really do spend time interacting with her. I can also see thay my pup has started really building trust with several of the staff members which has helped reassure me that she is being treated well. I'm very pleased with our experience so far and plan to keep using daycare services for the foreseeable future.
Went for Doggy Day Care this time. Our Daisy can't wait to get out of the car and get in there, every time we go. After a great day of running with buddies she came home and slept the rest of the evening and night, so I know she had a great day. And had her nails clipped while she was there! We also board Daisy there because they are so good to her. Highly recommend them.
A True Gem for Dog Lovers! This daycare is beyond exceptional. The staff know every single dog by name—along with their owners and even their cars! It blows my mind how they remember so many details about each pup. Mention any dog, and every staff member has a story to share. Their compassion, patience, and genuine love for animals shine through every interaction, even when dealing with difficult situations. The attention to detail makes it feel like every dog is part of their family. It’s not just a daycare—it’s a community, and My girl Dakota and I are so grateful to be part of it.
We came from out of state and couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience at BrownDog Lodge. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for the comfort of your pet. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring — it was clear from the start that our little friend was in great hands. One of the features we really appreciated was the ability to check in anytime via their live cameras, which gave us peace of mind while we were away. They also sent us a detailed report on how our pup was doing, which was such a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, Charlie loved it! It’s clear he felt comfortable and happy during his stay. Left 2 of our 4 dogs here overnight while passing through! Very friendly, good pricing, employees seem genuinely happy to be around dogs. They feed them and take them out to walk/play!
