Metolius Tea hired BS for our company rebrand (not yet launched, but project completed with BS) after interviewing 8 mid-sized ad agencies across the US. The end deliverable was a very detailed brand book with everything our company needed to get our various mediums aligned. Ben was our principle lead and had excellent communication throughout the process. They are not the least expensive option and also not the most expensive and I feel priced correctly for the value provided. In particular they delivered original art concepts, took time to talk to users for high-level research before diving into design, and presented several strong brand directions. Pleased with the end result!
