Absolutely unbelievable. How does a marketing agency fail at the most basic form of communication? I have called, emailed, and followed up for over a month and they have not responded even once. Not a single call back. Not a single email. Nothing at all. If they cannot handle something as simple as responding to an inquiry, I have no confidence they can handle anyone’s marketing. This is extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I regret even trying to contact them.
