Brilliant Technical Assistance. Took my family car in and BTA were able to help on short notice with clear advice and regular updates whilst car was being worked on. Videos by watsapp so I didn't need to go back to the garage whilst they were doing it was helpful. quick turn around and 12m guarantee on the work. Thank you BTA for taking the stress out of the repair, I'll go back but hopefully not to soon. Recommended!

I had an excellent experience with the BTA Garage. They provided immediate help when my car almost broke down and offered fantastic customer service. Their communication was seamless, and they were very quick and efficient, all at a reasonable price. After booking an MOT with them, I had a major failure and a few smaller issues that needed fixing. Normally, it would take them a day, but they knew my circumstances and went out of their way to make it as quick as possible for me. I highly recommend them! That’s my garage to go from now on.

I found this garage few months ago when needing oil and filter change in my first car. They were amazing so it was an obvious choice for me to come back when MOT was due, my car needed few things fixed, as I didn’t really had it serviced properly since buying it. As a person who doesn’t know pretty much anything about a car, and being a new driver it’s very important that I have a trusted garage to go to when needed. They talked me through everything that needed to be done, made sure I was okay with al the repairs and even provided pictures. Car was ready very next day, and is driving like a dream. Those guys really know what they doing, and they don’t try to scam you like some other garages, and all of that with amazing customer service, and lots of patience with explaining things.
