I don't know why but this place has the most cartoonishly aggressive vacuums. 🤣🤣🤣 They for sure get the job done better than probably any other vacuums at any car wash on planet earth.

I’ve come here and had a membership for about 3 years now had to cancel to yours because in those 3 years I’ve had a cargo rack they always made sure to have the drop arm stay up. Today they didn’t and it completely ripped off my rack and damaged my $600 Thule cargo box and damaged my roof of my car. And they refuse to pay for the damages. And site a very tiny print disclaimer. If that was the case why even let people through with them?! They basically told me kick rocks and I can go to my insurance but they’ll tell the insurance to kick rocks too! If you value your car don’t go here!

In response to their response to my review, they state that they don't know if it had pre-existing damages but you don't know if a newer car had any damages done as well. So that's not an excuse to not cover somebody's vehicle when it gets damaged during the process of your car wash service. It's not the owner of the vehicle's fault either that it came off during the car wash. So therefore I feel like your guys rules for not covering older models are ridiculous. As I stated, I literally had just bought the car off the car lot with no pre-existing damages until the day I came through their car wash. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I also possiblyplan to be taking this to small claims court just to be able to get some sort of compensation or reimbursement for my mirror. I'm going to keep pressing the issue because at this point it's the principal of you guys taking responsibility for any car that comes through. Just because it's a newer model doesn't mean that somebody couldn't have done the same exact thing as somebody with a older model vehicle. It doesn't mean that that car didn't get into a previous accident or they didn't try to fix things on their own. The model of the car should not matter. There are people with older model vehicles that have a better upkeep of their cars than a newer model. I typically come here all the time to get my car washed and never had any issues but just yesterday I came and towards the end of the car wash my passenger side mirror ended up coming off during the car wash. After the car wash I just decided to prop it back in thinking that it wasn't a big deal but upon driving back home it kept coming out several times that my sister had to hold it in place while I was driving. When I got home I took a picture of it and sent it to them with a picture of my receipt but they told me that they are responsible if the car is isn't a 2020 model car or newer. And don't get me wrong, I know the sign says they aren't responsible for side mirrors or for cars older than 2020 models will but I'm also not responsible due to their equipment damaging my mirror. And even with the sign saying that they don't cover side mirrors the guy told me that I could have came in to fill out a claim if my car was 2020 or newer. Not only did the mirror come out but after further inspection it shows that the frame had actually cracked and they're not trying to help with fixing it. I literally just bought this car on September 12th of 2023 but the year of it is a 2016. I let them know that my car has a clean title meaning it was not involved in any accidents or any claims on it as far as non accidents, no replaced parts(all original) and that my mirror was intact prior to receiving Car Wash service which they should be able to see on camera but yet still no help with compensation or getting it fixed. And I personally feel like I should not be held responsible for the full damages regardless of what their sign says because they should accept some type of liability that their equipment is damaging people's vehicles.

Went to get the car washed and the car didn’t come out very clean. Parked next door and told the guy it wasn’t very clean, to be told well it’s the road grime. So I guess a car wash is not to wash a car. If I have to do that much work then I guess this place will not get my business. And the tire shine was not on my tires it was on my rocker panels. And don’t even get me started on the rims. I wish I could give no stars. I will not be going back here until they up there ability to clean cars. Since they are a car wash.
