I’ve been a long-time member, but this is it for me. I recently got a new car and couldn't reach customer service to update my pass. I asked the manager to let me through for a quick wash since I’m still paying and was in a rush for a meeting... and they refused! 😡 Beyond the terrible service, this location is a mess: ❌ No cleaning cloths available ❌ No working vacuums ❌ Weird, unhelpful management Unbelievable way to treat a loyal customer. Do not recommend! 👎🚫

Doesn’t feel welcoming. The staff aren’t friendly, they can’t get the license plate numbers down, horrible experience. My car wash was rushed seemed like it only took 1 minute my car still had dirt and bugs on my windshield. The vacuum area is dirty trash everywhere, the employees are standing around talking to each other, loud music and no courtesy towels available. Trash can overfilled, unsheltered people walking around, feels unsafe.

They wrecked my Camaro. The wiper blades weren't working, and they broke my rearview mirror. I filled out the form, and they never called me back. Then I called them, and they said to wait three days for a callback. It's been over a month since then. Don't trust these people with your car. DON'T. I WROTE YOU THE EMAIL. I AM CONTINUE WAITING... NO BODY IS RESPONSABLE HERE.

I have rear bumped my car in this car wash on July 29/2025. The staff on site documented the incident and told us that the manger is not at site and we need to come next day. When both parties went next day staff/said he is manger told us to wait 2-3 days as risk dept does the review and best to call. We waited and called the number and they repeatedly told us the site manager will contact us after review in 2-3 days. Now we are almost 4 weeks out and no call no information. Very unprofessional, and suspicious of their integrity. Or may be they don’t rely on the safety of their washing system and hide behind the phone! I have read about this care wash site several such incidents at this site and other review sites. I have got the bumps repaired out of pocket for a couple of hundred dollars but cancelled membership. BE CAREFUL GOING TO THIS SITE.

I got the " Good" car wash. This was definition of low mid level. I would like my money back. My car was not clean on both sides my back window didn't even get completely clean. The dryer did not work to completely dry and now I have spots on my window and we'll have to hand clean. I was better off going to a car wash at a gas station. Very disappointing not worth the money at all.
