I was a faithful client . I would come at least once a month whether it was to get a full set or just to get a change of color . I always get the same style nails same color, sometimes I change it up a bit. But this last time I went a month ago the lady who did my nails one talked me into getting an extra tip at first I said I wanted my natural but she insisted so I said okay . Oh and it wasn’t just me it was also my boyfriend he got a mani and pedi . So I told them I wanted my nails to match my feet so they said okay . I always match my nails and feet and it’s always the same nude color so that was that. So she showed me the nude Cole for my hands and again I told her to match my feet . When they move the pillow i see that the ones on my toes are a different whiff or see through why the for the base so i told them that is not the same and he was already done with all of my toes and the guy didn’t bother to show me at least one before he did all of them as I was trying to relax I trusted them painting them the same . So I tell them and they tell me that it would be an extra cost to re paint them and that she explained to me that since the ones in my hands are acrylic they didn’t have the same for my toes and exclaimed that I’ve gotten the color before and that it matched both . So the manager comes the son of the owners I suppose and his says that I have to pay to change the color another extra $25 and I said why should I have to pay extra when they the ones that didn’t get the matching color and didn’t even bother to show me at least one toe to see if a liked it . At this point I was thinking they’re trying to scam me . And then he mentioned that it was provided a lenguaje Barrier and I said of course it is because I don’t speak Asian so the fact the they can’t understand me is not my fault at all . So I told them to just leave it like that and I’m just going to pay for the work that’s already done . I wasn’t paying it was my boyfriend who was paying but I still don’t think is right because I even told the guy that and he knows that I come there often and I’m already very picky so for me to pick their place to be my home nail shop and then he gets me with charging more for something I didn’t ask just to change I felt like my money is not valued here . So yesterday I found a new spot name Lush on peachtree and even tho it’s farther from my place than here I don’t mind driving there from now on because not only the place was less I only paid like $140 for a pedicure not the basic one a full set and they added the built in gel that takes more time but they were also patient also the owner at then end gave me this cute cuticle oil and some hand lotion ☺️

I have already gone to the place 6 times, but this last time I explained that I wanted to keep my natural nail and work with it, and when I realized it, I had already cut 2 of them, I felt very sad, but since it had cost me growth. it should be noted that the design I asked for was very nice but the truth is that I did not like that they cut my natural nail when from the beginning I highlighted that since it was not what I asked for
