Kourtney has been helping me with my hair for a little while now and I can honestly say her talent has exceeded my expectations and then some. From my very first appointment with her, she took the time to listen to what I wanted and consistently delivers the results that I’m hoping for. Her attention to detail, skill, and creativity truly set her apart. Not only is she incredibly talented with hair, but she is also an exceptional aesthetician! A true one-stop shop for beauty. Highly recommend! The salon itself has such a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. Everyone there is incredibly friendly and professional. Grow was my go-to place for hair, and I’ve been a loyal client since 2023. That’s why I’m genuinely disappointed to hear about the way Devyn, the lead hairstylist, was let go. I obviously don’t know all the internal details, but as a long-time customer, finding out that someone I trusted with my hair is suddenly gone due to what appears to be internal politics is really upsetting. I still have remaining services/package balance at Grow, which makes this feel even more frustrating. Devyn was a big reason I kept coming back, and client relationships matter. I had always hoped Grow would handle situations like this with more professionalism and care.
