I brought my M6 to Bucktown Auto Body and had a great experience! From start to finish, the process was seamless and professional. A huge thank you to Jailene, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly helpful, communicative, and made sure I was kept in the loop the entire time. It’s rare to find such high-quality customer service, and she truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled correctly. The quality of the work on my vehicle was top-notch—it looks brand new again. The associates hand washed my car before and after the work. If you’re looking for a shop that is honest, efficient, and has a stellar team, I highly recommend Bucktown Auto Body. Additionally, I was guaranteed a full warranty on the job done! I am super happy with the results.

I popped into Bucktown Auto Body because I had scraped the side of my car on the edge of my garage panel. They graciously took the majority of the dent out and buffed out the major scratches for free. I am so incredibly impressed with their customer service! Highly recommend these folks!

Was recommended by Giovanni to get body work from this company and couldn't be happier. Staff is very transparent, provides updates, and willing to work with your individual case. Superb results with body work. Can't recommend this place enough for a good car repair experience.

i’ve gotten my car fixed here twice now! they’re extremely efficient, keep you updated the entire process and kind! my car was fixed within 2 days and came home cleaned out on the inside too which is always a nice perk :) will forever be getting my car fixed here!

If you’re looking for a fast, professional, and guaranteed satisfaction auto body repair shop, look no further! This company kept a great communication with me since I dropped my car off to them. Everyone was really nice and professional. The work speaks for itself! My car looks like it never had an accident! If this location is an option to get repairs from with your insurance, this is top of the list for their reliability. Also, my car was finished in a week! A week!
