This café is absolutely fantastic. My partner and I have been coming here for years, and I hope we continue coming for many more. The food is top-notch, the drinks as well. I’m a particular fan of the stuffed cabbage when they have it. Great vibes. The family that run the place are lovely. They truly brighten my day every time we visit. If you’re on the fence, see this review as a sign you should get off of the fence and visit!

Absolutely loved Budapest Cafe! The breakfast was delicious and comforting, just like homemade food. The lady running the cafe was so polite and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Cozy atmosphere, amazing food, and wonderful service - a true gem in Bristol!

Delicious Latte; the smashed avocado, feta and scrambled eggs very tasteful. They prefer cash payment, but card possible as well. No laptop/ipads, which improves the atmosphere

I visited them for breakfast time, they open at 8:30am but the kitchen at 9am!!!! The biggest and most delicious surprise what the goulash available at that time in the morning, absolutely delicious full of flavour with the spicy pepper paste on the side!! The hungerian Lecho was also a delicacy. Really nice atmosphere and very hygienic restaurant. Definitely if you see thus, you should go without second thoughts

My second visit to gorge myself on the delicious cheese and gerkin toastie with Hungarian Lecho; enough to feed two but my excuse is that i’m pregnant and it’s delicious with the most gorgeous service, so why not? The coffee is also outstanding.
