eager to speak to some of the monks i have had a dream about them before i even met so it should be interesting if i can get a chance to visit ... covid made a mess with everything... i hope to share my inspiration with others as well as open minded spiritual blessings.. a quiet mind hears many things and a calm soul feels many things i was always taught ... i say prayers for all the monks and everyone before i meet you ... thank you for making a community.... i have met a few tibet monks in the past we always had many spiritual journeys we shared very pleasant always .... thank you kindly for having open hours i will try to visit soon humble is the mind and pure is the soul of humility sempre

Went for Chinese New Year. The monks were very kind. The place has a very tranquil feel to it. One can get centered in meditation here. The vegetarian meal they prepared (status non gratis) was quite tasty.

Absolutely wonderful. Very relaxing and enlightening. I encourage anyone to come and learn meditation techniques, take the cooking classes, and absorb a different culture than your own. Everything here is free they won't ask you for any money but donations are welcomed. They teach you to question things and find your own happiness. I have the utmost respect for the Shifus here. I will be back soon!

I love this place. I just started going recently and took my daughter to the kids class and we had a blast. From the second you walk in the door it is peaceful, beautiful, and such a comfortable atmosphere. I will definitely be a regular from now on!
