Katie has been skilled and mean (in a wonderful way) working through my L4/L5/S1 issues on a holistic way, including identifying hip and broader back imbalances necessary to really address my otherwise persistent lower back and sciatica issues. Dry needling, intense massage, and the PT exercises she guides me through and assigns as homework have clearly been making progress. At 3 months, no longer get any sciatica tingling, and my back pain is less frequent and of lower intensity. Rolling out of bed in the morning also no longer aches! Combined with the infrared sauna, I'm excited to keep improving!
