I had a terrible experience with Budget Movers and would never recommend them. Not only were they reckless with my belongings, but they also stole items during the move. Despite reminding the crew multiple times that, although we were moving out, we still owned the home and did not want any damage, they showed no regard. They caused damage to both the home itself and to many personal items. When I raised concerns about broken items I discovered during the move, they brushed it off as if it didn’t matter. Once Budget received payment, they completely stopped acknowledging my calls or addressing any issues. In my experience, this company is careless, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. If you value your property and peace of mind, look elsewhere for movers.

I truly hoped to resolve this matter professionally and amicably, but unfortunately, this company left me with no choice but to pursue legal action. Despite multiple attempts to submit a damage claim and even providing a total figure directly to Mario or Harry I received no response, no counteroffer, and no communication outlining the claims process. I was consistently left on read with zero follow-through. After giving ample time and opportunity to resolve this reasonably, their lack of accountability and communication has forced me to escalate the issue legally. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for responsible and professional movers. They dragged my couch and left it filthy, broke my TV and broke my dresser

We move this past week and Mario and his crew did a phenomenal job. They treated our possessions with care, and safely transferred our belongs to our new home. We moved within our apartment complex to a bigger home, and Mario coordinated the move perfectly. They arrived on time, and even though it was a hot and humid day, they worked fast and efficiently, taking no breaks. We highly recommend Budget Mover for a smooth and worry free move. His prices are unbeatable and this guy deserves your business, but you also need to invest in a mover that cares about your needs, wants, and will go out of his way to way sure you are happy and taken good care of! I absolutely loved my experience with Budget Movers. I had an expectation hiring a business called budget movers but let me tell you, they had surpassed my expectations and I am a customer for life. My experience started off with Isaiah, he was so helpful and patient and was able to reserve a spot for me even though I changed the date a couple of times (closing on a home is never exact). Isaiah had great follow up and his professionalism was top tier. Then came the day of my move. Kenny, Jose and T.R. we're right on time and very professional. They knew how to pack everything in the truck and they were fast too! I can't say enough about these guys, they are real class acts. They were careful with all my delicate items and precise with the larger things like the fridge. These guys are the hardest working movers in the biz and they all should get a raise. I am a lifetime customer of this company now and it's all thanks to the amazing people you have on staff. Thanks Budget Movers!
